Birth Mom, lost custody

I am the Mother of a 7 month old child who I believe has been wrongfully removed from my custody on 03-10-06. They are going to be taking me to court to have all my rights terminated for allegations of drug/alchohal abuse. I have not been given any option to work a service plan to get my child back. They are seeking to remove soley based off of these allegations and I’m afraid because I do have a long history with this disease that I suffer from. They have no hard evidence of my child being neglected or abused because there isn’t any. What can I do to protect my child?
